Personal: Alan LaFrance I'm now a Floridian resident originally a New Englander born in 1959 in New Hampshire. Home to the two time Super bowl champs the New England Patriots and the Bambino cursed Boston Red Sox where I'm still a loyal fan. Plymouth State College graduate for business, long time competitive Basketball player, Runner, Tennis player and a devoted husband for 18 years to my wife Jane, 2 dogs "Pepe", & "El Guappo". I worked for UPS for 20 years when I decided to make a career change in the year 2000 to create a first of its kind software solution with my business partner to run an automated package refund recovery company called TRAK-TECH LLC. After successfully selling the company to a competitor my wife and I decided to move to Orlando and were impressed with the Real Estate marke and its fast pace that I'm accustomed to. I don't consider selling Real Estate work, I don't consider it selling, I believe that by listening to my clients needs and desires I have all the tools and ambition to help buying or selling of my clients home an enjoyable experience. Sports - 1959 Lee Petty wins the first Daytona 500 auto race. Roger Ward wins the Indy 500 averaging 138.6 MPH. Boston Celtics win over Minneapolis Lakers. It is Boston's 8th consecutive NBA championship.
Additional Trivia: Space Monkeys Able and Baker 1959 Able, a seven-pound female rhesus monkey, and Baker, a one-pound female spider monkey were launched into space on May 28, 1959 in the nose cone of JUPITER Missile AM-18. They reached an altitude of 300 miles and a distance of 1500 miles while traveling at speeds over 10,000 miles per hour on their brief trip into space. They successfully withstood forces 38 times the normal pull of gravity on earth and were weightless for approximately 9 minutes. The flight, which reached speeds of up to 10,000 mph, (16,090kmh) lasted 15 minutes and the monkeys were recovered 1,500 miles (2,413km) away in the South Atlantic near Puerto Rico.

As our Marketing Director Lucy drives the key areas of our business, which consists of Advertising, Promotion, Research and Creative & Design Services. In addition Lucy has implemented cost effective ways to alternative advertising in a slow market, which sets us apart in our industry...
Since 2007 Lucy has worked diligently in creating our virtual tours and taking pictures for all our listings. She has now launched our sister company called LJ Dvd Tours. Not only does she manage this aspect of this business, she is the photographer bringing DVD’s to the next generation for our listings and for clients with vacation rental homes who want to stand out among their competition with a personally created DVD.
Lucy is a key asset with her multi tasking ability as she closely monitors our website and advertising, to keep us up to date and current as to our content of information. She keeps us abreast of all the current market trends and technology, she is always researching new ideas on marketing our business for growth.
Lucy is responsible for leading and integrating these marketing functions and working collaboratively with us to grow our company into the next real estate generation.
